Strong is a US Army Veteran and holds an M.S. degree in Safety and Health Management. He is an OSHA Authorized 500 and 501 instructor who has conducted well over 800 training classes on various construction, general industry, environmental, and regulatory compliance topics and is currently one of the instructors for the International Ironworkers Safety Director Training Course. He has successfully represented many clients in informal conferences with OSHA. Strong is a member of several national safety-related organizations (ASSE, TAUC, CURT, SCOAR, ABC, GBCA) and attends all of their conferences.

Prior to joining HazTek, Beysselance was Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for Jacobs Engineering in both its Mining and Minerals Americas and Heavy Process Divisions, and served as Senior Manager of HSE for the company’s North America Operations. In addition, Beysselance held a number of safety management positions where he supervised field construction and maintenance employees and managed projects in refineries, chemical processing facilities, and paper mills.

Beysselance attended Louisiana State University, serves as an ad-hoc professor of OSHA Safety Training for Southeastern Louisiana State University, and is an OSHA authorized 500 level instructor. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Safety and Occupational Health Council of Louisiana — where he is also a member. Ralph Borgess has over 20 years in the construction industry, including extensive safety experience in the power, gas, electrical, water treatment, and construction industries. Beginning his career as a residential builder, then a union carpenter, Borgess has been a part of the HazTek team since 2007. As Operations Manager for our Mid-Atlantic region, Borgess services clients in Maryland, Washington, DC, Southern Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia, while providing leadership and support to our teams in the region. McMahon’s expertise includes improving performance and safety culture through the development of H&S management systems, safety leadership, behavior-based safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and risk management.

McMahon holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Environmental Health Science from City University of New York, Hunter College. In addition to his CIH certification, he holds a certificate from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.
