MARTIN J. DAVIS JOINS HAZTEK AS PRINCIPAL SAFETY CONSULTANT

Former OSHA Assistant Area Director and health and safety expert to work proactively with HazTek customers to enhance workplace safety programs.

MEDFORD, N.J., June 9, 2015 — HazTek Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive safety management services, has named Martin J. Davis Principal Safety Consultant.

Prior to joining HazTek, Davis was a dedicated safety and health professional with the Federal Government. Over a 28 year career, he was an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist for the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center, and in 1990 transferred to the U. S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), where he served as a field Compliance Officer, an Assistant Area Director, and most recently, as a Compliance Assistant Specialist in Marlton, NJ.

Davis began his career as an Inspector for the Inspector General’s Office of the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation. Over the years, he has led and participated in many high profile investigation and emergency response initiatives, such as the World Trade Center 9/11 incident and the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

A resident of Galloway, N.J., Davis holds Bachelor Degrees from Syracuse University and Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, NJ, where he is currently working on earning a Master’s of Science in Project Management.
